3. Products
We sell leather bags and leather accessories. All items are new unless clearly stated otherwise. We make every effort to display colours, dimensions and materials accurately; however, because leather is a natural material, grain, texture and colour tone may vary slightly from piece to piece, and screen settings may affect how colours appear. Such variations are not defects.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude any customs duties or import taxes that may be levied by the destination country. Payment is collected at checkout through PayPal. We do not store payment card details. An order is accepted and a contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation.
5. Shipping and risk
Delivery timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with the carrier and, where the loss is confirmed, reship or refund your order.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to interfere with the operation of the store, or to place fraudulent orders. We may refuse or cancel any order where fraud or abuse is suspected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
